At SEMA 2025, one of the wildest builds was the BMW Z4 Coupe “Zhupra”, a full-blown transformation of a Toyota Supra into the coupe BMW fans have always wanted.
Built on the shared BMW-Toyota G29/GR platform, the car was re-bodied with custom carbon panels to resemble a modern Z4 hardtop.
It features an aggressive wide stance, BBS LM-R wheels, red M-calipers, and a completely new rear end with M4-style laser taillights and quad exhausts.
Inside, it sports Recaro bucket seats, a BMW M steering wheel, and carbon detailing that bridges both brands’ design DNA.
The build, officially dubbed GW29CS “Zhüpra”, cleverly references BMW’s old “clown shoe” Z3 M Coupe while blending Supra proportions with modern Z4 styling.
There’s no mention of power upgrades, but the Supra’s B58 inline-six and ZF transmission already give it serious pace.
