Taco Bell just launched a frozen pie that — defying all laws of both chemistry and good taste — is Mountain Dew Baja Blast-flavored. Business Insider's Katie Notopoulos had to try it herself. Thursday was the first day the pie was available in stores. She headed over to her local Taco Bell after calling to make sure it was in stock. There were no promotional signs about the creation except on the big menu screen above the registers. She entered her burrito order on the self-serve kiosk, but couldn't find the pie on the touchscreen menu. She had to go to the register — and sheepishly ask a real human for the pie. She brought the pie home, since the directions said to thaw it for 30 minutes and cut it with a warm knife.
