Bobcats are common across Alabama, but these two call our zoo home, and they’ve approved this fact drop: Bobcat Facts: • Found across Alabama, they are adapted to many different habitats: forests, swamps, brushy areas, farmland & rocky outcrops. They are even skilled swimmers. • Mostly crepuscular (active at dawn & dusk) but also hunt at night • Adaptable and skilled hunters, often waiting motionless and then ambushing their prey, you might spot their cousins in the wild!
