We're heavy into tournament season in our home right now. We've just finished up a school season of volleyball and are now entering club season. And of course, as an elite athlete, mindset coach and mom... I'm loving the lessons being learned... even when, as a parent, it can be tough to watch. I watched my daughter grow by leaps and bounds during her school season. At their national tournament, they were undefeated on the first day of pool play. Going into the gold medal bracket on day 2, they started by easily defeating the first team. But the second team was a completely different story. They were behind 19-24 in the first set against the second team, but they dug deep and earned the next 7 points in a row taking the win in the first set!
