I used clubcrackersus to create the cutest gift wrapped appetizers for my first white elephant of the season - perfectly light, flaky and buttery! -Club® Original Crackers -cheese of choice -red, yellow & green bell peppers Slice your cheese the same size as each cracker and place on top. To make the bow toppers- use a vegetable peeler to peel the skin from each bell pepper, slice into thin slivers, then place on top of the cheese in a cross shape. Cut small pieces of pepper for the “ribbon” and add on top. Arrange the crackers on a board to serve.
