Pistachio Butter Stuffed Dates 💫 If you saw my last newsletter, I shared the recipe for my Salted Pistachio Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies (SO good). I baked them on our last trip out to Joshua Tree and had also happened to bring some of my favorite dates from Rancho Meladuco… an idea started to form! I decided to halve my dates, stuff them with pistachio butter, and top with either flaky salt or chopped chocolate and pistachios. I threw them in the fridge while I was making dinner and come dessert, they were chilled and waiting. Now that I think about it, popping them in the freezer would be a great decision as well - will have to try that next time 💫 All to say, give these little bites a try!
