Spanish singer Rosalía recently called herself “the opposite of Benito” on the New York Times’ “Popcast,” saying that she cares “so much” about non-Spanish-speaking fans understanding her music. Discussing her new album “LUX,” the 33-year-old singer-songwriter explained that she chose to sing in 14 different languages to engage different audiences and encourage her fans to explore different languages.
