September 24th is National Punctuation Day! This day celebrates all things pertaining to punctuation. For today, Howard letterpress printed the standard punctuation sorts you would find in a California job case and also the other typographical symbols you would find in a case that are not letters. The font is 48 point Brush. Printed from left to right, the standard punctuation is period, comma, semicolon, colon, hyphen, opening quotation mark, closing quotation mark (also the apostrophe), opening and closing quotation marks, question mark, and exclamation point. Howard also added the dollar symbol with two lines and one line, the cent symbol, the percent symbol, the decimal point, and opening and closing parentheses.
