Through their partnership with DownSyndromeIreland, they launched the Barista Academy, a 5-week program that equips participants with hands-on training and the confidence to take on roles in local restaurants and cafes. With three cohorts held so far and their fourth beginning soon, they’ve created a ripple effect of inclusion in their community, and the entire team has felt the joy of watching students grow.
