d_bo20 is shooting 43% from 3 in the last 8 games on nearly 7 attempts a game. Everyone knows he’s on the court to shoot 3’s… and often times difficult ones. Defenses scheme to limit the number of 3’s he can shoot in a game. As a result, it’s my job to design workouts to mimic these demands. These clips are extreme examples of incredible shot making… but that’s not the point I want to make here. The point is to make your practice environment represent your game environment. Spacing, information, decisions, time, actions, etc. are all things you can mimic on smaller scales like you see here.
