A federal appeals court is ordering the Trump administration to fully pay out 'SNAP' benefits for November, a ruling that the administration is expected to appeal.
This new ruling comes as the administration is demanding that states "undo" -- or reverse -- payments made Friday.
The memorandum from the USDA followed the Supreme Court's decision on Friday to temporarily pause a previous federal judge's order to disperse benefits.
While some states issued full snap benefits for the month, others provided partial payments.
The back-and-forth court rulings continuously leave millions of Americans in limbo, as they scramble to put food on the table during these uncertain times.
