As usual the water to rice ratio may differ depending on the rice you use. Cooking times may also differ depending on your rice cooker! My rice cooker size is 2 cups (uncooked) 4-Cups (Cooked).
Rice Ingredients
3/4 us cups jasmine rice
2 medium skin on chicken thighs w/ the bones removed and optionally brush the skin with oil and turmeric for color
3/4 us cups chicken broth
4 slices of ginger
3 garlic cloves, minced
Scallions, bottom portion
Sauce Ingredients
2 tbsp neutral flavor oil
Pinch salt
1 tbsp ginger, minced
1 tbsp scallion, minced
Chilli Sauce
Sweet soy sauce (I did not feel like making this lol)
1. Make the scallion ginger sauce by heating up 2 tbsp of oil. In this model you can do this by placing the oil inside of the pot, placing the lid on top, flipping the switch to cook. Check that the oil is hot enough with a wooden chopstick or toothpick. There should be bubbles formin...
