1 pound Beyond Beef
2 Tbsp Dill Pickles, minced
2 Tbsp Red Onion, minced
1 Tbsp Yellow Mustard
½ tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Pickled Jalapeno, minced
½ tsp Vegan Worcestershire Sauce
1 ½ Tbsp Ketchup
⅓ cup Shredded Vegan Cheddar
2 slices Vegan Cheddar, quartered
½ cup Bread Crumbs
25 Small Butter Lettuce Leaves, washed and dried
25 Dill Pickles
Toothpicks, as needed
Kosher Salt, to taste
Freshly Cracked Black Pepper, to taste
Beyond Bomb Sauce:
½ cup Vegan Mayonnaise
¼ cup Ketchup
½ tsp Red Wine Vinegar
2 bread and butter pickle slices, minced
¼ cup Yellow Mustard
1 drizzle Agave Nectar
¼ Shallot, minced
1/8 tsp Paprika
