In this little Japanese town the roads are cleared of snow using water from the onsen. (Natural Hot Spring) Natural hot water is pumped from underground and sprayed onto all the roads and driveways. Sometimes it snows so hard the onsen can’t keep up. In this picture it had just begun to snow.
