Kicker Justin Tucker's 10-game suspension has officially been lifted by the league and is eligible to sign with any team. Tucker, who was released by the Ravens in May, was suspended after the NFL found he violated the personal conduct policy after being accused of sexual misconduct by 16 massage therapists in the Baltimore area.
