A #Texas woman is suing rapper #BoB, accusing him of holding her against her will and s-xually assaulting her inside a downtown #SanDiego hotel suite. According to the lawsuit obtained by CBS 8, the woman, identified only as “Jane,” says she attended B.o.B.’s April 2025 concert at the Tequila and Taco Festival in #DelMar with her cousin. Jane, a married mother of two, says she became emotionally connected to B.o.B.’s music while battling cancer in 2016 and credits his songs for helping her through recovery. During the show, B.o.B. reportedly invited Jane onstage to dance. Afterward, his manager allegedly invited her and her cousin to an after-party at the rapper’s hotel suite. The lawsuit claims Jane refused dr-gs offered at the party and that things took a turn after her cousin briefly left the room.
