Her legal team received the results of these tests late last month. ______________________________ This new diagnosis conflicts with earlier tests, in which Wendy was informed by her guardian that she tested positive for dementia. ‘TMZ’ reported that Wendy's legal team plans to file legal documents with the court in the coming weeks, seeking a hearing to request the termination of her guardianship.
