Happy National Girls & Women in Sports Day 🫶🏼 I haven’t come across anything even close to sports when it comes to ability to build up, teach, and morph girls into bigger, better versions of themselves. Some of this conversation gets lost when the girls grow up into women and “development” is turned down and the need to be seen as the same as men is turned up. Coming from someone who works with girls and women every single day: when the goal stops being about growth and being the very best and turns into expecting results without the work- that’s where you lose me.
