Apple Cinnamon Monkey Bread, but make it high protein, zero sugar and low calorie 🤭🍎 Monkey Bread Ingredients Dough: 250g or 2 cups protein flour (mine is from @Baker Baking Company) 454g or 2 cups greek yogurt (ideally @FAGE 0%) 3 tbsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp of cinnamon Caramel: 1/4 cup unsalted butter 1/2 cup zero brown sugar 1/2 cup monk fruit sugar 2 tbsp date paste Frosting: 1/2 cup of cream cheese 2-3 tbsp milk 1 tsp vanilla paste 3/4 cup powdered monk fruit sugar I used chucks of apples in my monkey bread, but feel free to leave them out! Follow the instructions in the video & bake at 350 degrees for 25 minute!
