When I look back, every decade taught me something different.
In my 20s I was learning. I would not even call them mistakes, it was pure discovery.
In my 30s I put up with less than I deserved. I tried to make everyone happy and forgot about my own value.
In my 40s I assigned worth to short-term thinking and surface-level relationships.
I've learned through decades of experience. Creation of true success comes through honest effort and real learning. There are no short cuts. I used to believe in words and perception instead of actions and results. I learned that commitment, growth, quality, respect, and integrity always reveals itself over time.
Those who have good intentions and pure hearts (and don't fake it) always win big in the long term. Always be patient and play the long game.
