🚨Arrest Made - Animal Cruelty Incident🚨 On 11/12/25 at approximately 2:30 pm, Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station deputies responded to the 24000 block of Valencia Boulevard at the Valencia Town Center regarding reports of a male adult disturbing turtles in the outdoor pond area. Upon arrival, deputies located the suspect and detained the individual, who was acting erratically. Security personnel identified the suspect as the same individual previously seen taking turtles from the pond. Surveillance footage confirmed the suspect removing a turtle and later slamming it to the ground multiple times. The injured turtle was recovered and received care. The suspect was arrested for animal cruelty and booked at the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station.
