The Ponoka Stampede is a special event. The biggest sanctioned rodeo in Canada, and an absolute marketing machine. Multiple committee members told me that this year, attendance wise is the best it has ever been. This is down to the hard work of the committee and volunteers, but also Amber Williams and her ability to market the event. She brought together incredibly talented videographers and photographers and made sure that this event is shown from every angle and in multiple mediums. It was a career year at Ponoka, with challenges and a bit of weather, but also a ton of risks taken and successful images built. . . . . . From a very personal level, it was awesome to be able to work alongside my CFR buddy Billie-Jean Duff, and getting to know JD from 8 Second Takes this year. The uber talented and passionate Cole Harris was on site most of the week as well, and they demonstrated that creators can, and need to work together to build the very best possible product from a team of creators...
