Obligatory Fallon Taylor absolutely tearing off the third barrel post, 2025 Calgary Stampede Barrel Racing Qualifier . . . . . . . It was a fun couple of days watching 116 barrel racers run for their shot at one of four slots in the Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth this week. Qualifying for the Calgary Stampede is a goal for anyone in Pro Rodeo. It’s a special place, but it’s also home for so many. While they may be a bigger operation than many of the rodeos throughout Canada, they employ an incredible team of professionals and volunteers who have that same passion for our sport that those involved at the grassroots level do. It’s reflected every year by the incredible production that is the Calgary Stampede Rodeo and I pinch myself to be able to capture their hard work and passion coming to fruition.
