2,018 km travelled this weekend. Starting in North Battleford for the Colby Cave Memorial PBR, an overnight drive to the Medicine Hat Stampede. Saturday saw the third annual Lacombe Pro Bull Riding PBR and then the marathon of the Bruce Stampede on Sunday. . . . Be it Axel Roy and his mean mug, or Val Gillespie sending it around the cloverleaf in two different places in two days, this community is big, but small all at the same time. Those consistent faces make the miles seem short. This weekend was a whirlwind, powered by energy drinks and good people (and a roadloft minivan kit for the Red Rocket) and I am beyond excited to tackle the second half of the season.
