Don’t underestimate the power of an actual warm up on leg days!!!🍑Especially if you’re a “quad dominant” girly ;)
I used to be that girl that would just jump right into my leg day with no warm up of any kind; no lower body active stretches and definitely no type of banded glute activation…and I NEVER felt my glutes firing on any exercise🙃😂
Once I decided to start incorporating a real warm up with some walking, lower body active stretches & banded glute activation, everything changed!!🙌🏽I finally felt glute focused exercises in my glutes…shocker lol!
I know sometimes the warm up feels like a waste of time, but I’d argue it’s the most important part of the workout!!!
