Some days I utilize every piece of equipment we have, and other days it’s as if I’m doing an “at home” workout🤷🏽♀️but hey, don’t underestimate DB & band only workouts; they’re as hard as you want them to be!!!
💪🏽If you’ve done any of my workouts or training programs then you’ve probably noticed that a lot of my upper body days (specifically my push days) are pretty “home workout friendly” meaning they typically just utilize your bodyweight, dumbbells and bands! That doesn’t mean the workouts are easy though…just like with any workout, it’s up to you to make sure you’re challenging yourself enough with the weight selection (or band selection), the quality of your reps, your rest periods, etc!
Leg days are another story though😂those are the days where I utilize our heavier weights, power rack, cable machine, etc!
