💪🏽How did I transform my upper body? I made my upper body lifts short, sweet & to the point! But let me explain👇🏽 🏋🏽‍♀️I used to lift super heavy on upper body days and my lifts would be just as long as my leg days even though I had very different upper body vs lower body goals! I really wanted to lean out my arms yet what I was doing just wasn’t working. I decided to make my upper body workouts shorter by cutting them down to only 20-30 minute lifts and instead of taking long rests between sets, I kept them short, which actually led to me having to use lighter weight in order to finish out all my reps! I then pair the quick lift with some low intensity steady state cardio!🫀This duo changed the game for me and I started seeing the results I was wanting pretty quickly!
