No matter if it’s an upper body day or a lower body day, I always warm up with a little 5 minute walk and some active stretches specific to the muscle groups I’ll be working that day!!
1: trap bar deadlifts 4x8
2A: DB bent over rows 3x12
2B: DB hammer curls 3x12
3A: cable face pulls 3x12
3B: cable straight arm lat pulldowns 3x12
30 minutes of LISS (in the form of incline walking) while keeping my heart rate in the zone 2 range!!
