Warm up: 5-10 minute walk + lower body active stretches + banded glute activation (do not skip the glute activation👏🏽it’s included in every leg day on my app and truly makes such a difference!)
1: barbell back squats 4x10,8,6,4 *increase weight as reps decrease*
2: barbell hip thrusts 4x10
3: barbell b stance RDLs 4x8ea
4A: DB deficit reverse lunges 3x10ea
4B: DB skier swings 3x12
Cool down: 5-10 minute walk + static stretches + rolling out
