🏋🏽♀️You can’t just go through the motions and rush the reps if you want to actually make progress and see results!
I used to just move through each exercise completely aware of the fact that I wasn’t feeling the correct muscle groups firing, but for some reason I didn’t think that really mattered. 😅 I was so wrong! We’ve all heard the term “work smarter not harder” and this is a prime example of that!!! My lifts used to be crazy long and jam packed with 15-20 different exercises and plenty of reps & sets of each; no wonder I was trying to move through them as fast as possible😂and no wonder I was making no progress towards my physique goals!! But ya live and ya learn!!!
