The cool thing is, Iāve felt amazing these past 22ish weeks & havenāt missed a single workoutšš½not gonna lie though, I definitely swapped out the distance runs while doing my hybrid program once the mileage increasedšI did long walks instead since I donāt even really like running anyway!!
But Iāve been walking & lifting just like normal and I feel great! Iād like to think that sticking to my normal day to day routine is part of why I feel so great! I did read something that said how you feel throughout your pregnancy is directly correlated to how fit & healthy your husband isā¦and my husband is 10x fitter than Iāll ever be so Iām chalking my lack of unpleasant symptoms up to him (& also my own health & fitness) and feeling very grateful!āŗļøWho knows, maybe itās all luck, but I like to give us a little bit of credit!!
My content will always revolve around health and fitness so donāt worry, itās just gonna look a little different during this stage...
