Director General of the Office of Disaster Preparedness and Emergency Management (ODPEM), Commander Alvin Gayle, notes that additional Melissa Relief Operational Hubs will be established. Operational Hubs are already active in St. Elizabeth, Clarendon, Kingston, and St. James, supporting the 22 disaster relief outposts currently in operation.
