This week’s #WorkoftheWeek is Saint Sebastian, attributed to Evangelista di Pian di Meleto (1458–1549). This oil on canvas work, created between 1498 to 1502 is found within the Medieval | Renaissance: A Dialogue on Early Italian Painting exhibit in the 2nd floor Gallery of the Museum. This work is part of the Frascione Collection that was lent to the museum for this combined exhibit.
