Peaty was reportedly escorted off a plane by police in Manchester on Sunday night amid an ongoing rift with family members. “Things escalated over the weekend when someone became increasingly abusive and threatening over text” a source told The Standard. “He then received a threat that he’d be met off the plane. He told Holly (his fiancée) who called the cops after consulting with her family.” Peaty was reportedly met by five armed police officers who escorted him off the plane, through the airport, and into a waiting car. According to the Daily Mail, the threats came from Peaty’s older brother, 34-year-old James Peaty, who was arrested on Tuesday after allegedly sending threats to his brother. #swim #swimming #olympics #olympian #adampeaty
