Friday Feature 🌟 Leadership in action looks a little different for everyone and this week, we’re spotlighting two Journey Class of 2026 members who are defining it in their own way: Gary Russin and Haven Hendrix. Gary is the Operations Manager at the Gas South Convention Center and keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes at one of Gwinnett’s busiest venues. Through Journey, he’s focused on growing as a communicator across all departments. Haven serves as a Planner I with Gwinnett County Government, helping shape the spaces where our community lives and grows. Her Journey experience is helping her deepen her leadership perspective and bring fresh, forward-thinking ideas to her work in local government. Together, Gary and Haven embody the curiosity, collaboration, and leadership that make this year’s Journey class one to watch.
