Day 7: World’s Greatest Stretch
Set your timer for 2.5 minutes per side.
Here’s the sequence:
Setup:
• Right leg forward in a strider position
• Left knee on the ground
• Engage your left glute hard (full hip extension)
• Right knee stays up in flexion
The Flow:
1. Right elbow to ground - slow and controlled for 10 reps
2. Right shoulder down, look left, then raise right hand to the sky following it with your eyes (thoracic rotation) - 10 reps
3. Left shoulder to ground facing your right knee, then bring it to the sky opening opposite direction - 10 reps
4. Hamstring floss → deep hip flexor stretch combo: Look up at the sky, squeeze that down leg glute as hard as you can, then pop back into hamstring floss - 10 reps
5. Spend remaining time moving your right knee in and out, gripping the ground with all 5 toes
