Two children and a woman died in a house fire in North Philadelphia early Tuesday morning. The fire broke out around 1 a.m. Tuesday at a rowhome on Hope Street. Three people, a 45-year-old woman, a 6-year-old girl, and a 5-year-old boy, were found by crews on the second floor of the home and taken to area hospitals, where they were pronounced dead.
