This year, TIME and Statista dropped their second annual World’s Best Companies in Sustainable Growth ranking and JYP Entertainment just came out No.1 in Korea AND No.1 globally, scoring an incredible 97.59 out of 100. Last year, JYPE already ranked #1 in Korea and #3 worldwide, but this time they climbed all the way to the top. According to Statista, “What stands out the most is that JYP performs exceptionally well across every evaluation category. Many companies score high in one area and fall short in another, but JYP is one of the few that excels in both financial and environmental performance.” JYPE has been recognized for its serious ESG efforts, becoming the first Korean entertainment company to join RE100 in 2022 and switching 100% of its electricity to renewable energy.
