Never would have imagined a Jordanian-Japanese food fusion working… but yugenjo___ absolutely nailed it 🙌🏼 I loved it not only bc someone had the courage to imagine (& pull off) an Arab-inspired omakase in the heart of Amman… …but also because the entire evening felt like sharing a meal with friends — every course, every pour of sake, turned into a conversation with the amazing sushi chef _mohammad_jehad & my fellow omakase diners (who felt like friends by the end 🤗). Such a great way to end my 2-week trip to Jordan! I literally went straight to the airport after this meal hehe ✈️ 💭 Amman has such a great food scene!
