When Mandy first described her dream idea of an anniversary shoot with her husband, I jumped at the opportunity to think and approach the photos differently. Her concept was unique and I loved her creativity and wanted to do it justice.
Photoshoots are an investment. So make the final outcome FEEL like you. How do you do that? Think about daily life. What’s a hobby or pastime that your family enjoys doing together? Where do you go on date nights with your partner to re-connect after a busy work week? Keep it simple.
AND—
A good photographer takes your vision and runs with it. You know his/her skillset. You know their work and what they bring to the table so trust their guidance. Trust your photographer’s direction and let them run with your vision.
