Music producer #BryanMichaelCox released a statement after Usher filed a lawsuit against him and others according to wsbtv over a failed restaurant in Buckhead. He says despite the lawsuit, he and Usher’s relationship remains intact. As previously reported, Usher agreed to loan $1.7 million in January for the project. Months later, the restaurant property was not purchased. Usher received repayment for $1 million in August, but never got the remaining $700,000 back.
