A "mountain of illegal waste," dumped by fly-tippers in the English county of Oxfordshire, is so vast that its removal is estimated to cost more than the local council's entire annual budget. Hundreds of tonnes of waste, stacked 10 meters high, appeared in a field between the River Cherwell and the A34 near Kidlington. One charity called the huge dump of rubbish “an environmental catastrophe unfolding in plain sight,” saying it was created a month ago by an organized crime group. #rubbish #uk
