MEET EXEC MONDAY 🩵🕊️🤩 Introducing our Director of New Member Experience, Kylie Hoffman !! 👏 Kylie is a junior majoring in Psychology and Criminology in MC ‘23 Here’s what Kylie does in her role and what it means to her: “I make it a priority to support all the new members and help them feel welcomed and safe in the new setting they are in! College can be hard and adjusting to it, in addition to Greek life, can be pretty challenging. I strive to make it a little simpler with my position. I educate the young women on all things Sigma Kappa and, hopefully, assist them in falling in love with their home away from home. I wanted this position because since my Bid Day, I knew I wanted to make something of myself in this house. I love and care for the people in Sigma Kappa and wanted to extend my love to the younger classes.” - @kkyliehoffman
