Two years since his departure from the downtown Denver restaurant — tucked comfortably into the “four dollar signs” price category — chef Michael Diaz de Leon is focused on Mexican street tacos.⁠ ⁠ Molino Chido opened earlier this month inside Stanley Marketplace in Aurora.
