In 2021, jhopper3 burst onto the CrossFit Games scene, taking first place at the Mid-Atlantic CrossFit Challenge Semifinal and 19th overall at the Games. After a seventh-place finish in 2022, Hopper seemed primed for the podium in 2023. However, this wasn’t the case. He finished 31st overall that year.  This setback didn’t deter Hopper. He got back to work. At the 2024 CrossFit Games, Hopper bounced back and finished fourth overall. Things were clicking, and Hopper stepped into the 2025 season ready and confident. In an epic battle with Ricky Garard that came down to the final event, Hopper held strong and stood atop the podium for the first time in his career. Hopper is the Fittest Man on Earth.
