I often hear “I never win anything” or “I am so bad at XYZ.” We need to start changing up our beliefs, programming, habits, traits if they’re not serving us. We know better so let’s choose better. The brain is always listening to the words you are constantly saying. What does the brain do? It does everything in its power to bring you proof of what you say/subconsciously believe.
