“What you see in others, exists in you.” I love this quote because it’s something I always go back to. IMO + experience, when someone is quick to judge or critique others it’s because they tend to do that to themselves. The same goes for someone that makes people feel loved + seen, I feel that it’s because they show themselves the same love. We’re all unlearning + reprogramming and trying to shed years of conditioning that doesn’t serve us.
