If I could go back in time + talk to my younger self I’d tell baby Jo...YOU ARE ENOUGH. ✨ Your skin color is beautiful, your eyes are beautiful, your inner light is beautiful. The things I was conditioned to believe weren’t beautiful are what I love most about me now. I would tell her to always dream big + own your charisma even when people shame you for it. For so many years I just wanted to hide + not bring attention to myself or downplay my greatness (THAT WE ALL HAVE!). This is why we have to unapologetic in our self-love journey. Do it for you even if it makes others uncomfortable. Loving yourself sets the standard for what you’ll accept + expect from in all aspects of life, IMO. ✨ YOU ARE MAGIC.
