It’s the absolute perfect time to take inventory and reflect on 2019. What went right? What could have been better? What areas need more focus/improvement? It’s important to take time and write these things out so that next year you’re more aware of any patterns that do not serve you aka an opportunity to choose a new story. You may not be able to control every situation but you can ALWAYS control how you react. You have the power to become who YOU want to be.
