Congratulations to JR. Long Stick Midfielder michaelcassanoooo for setting the new all time maristathletics pull up record!! Mike is the 2nd Marist Men’s Lacrosse player to set the pull up record at Marist following matt_fermo who previously held the record in 2023 for 43. Mike set the new mark at 45 unbroken, strict pull ups. Mike joins teammate & lifting partner tnolan___ as our two current strength record holders on the all time board. We now hold all time records in pull ups and the 5-10-5 agility test. #SUMA #FAMILY #EC34
